Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order.

  2. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

  3. Item(s) must be accompanied with a return form, filled and signed.

  4. Non-returnable items include: (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits and gifts.

  5. Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(s) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without the same shielding cardboard box issued earlier, we will not be able to accept the return. 

  6. Customers are responsible for shipping, processing and restocking fees for all returns.

  7. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges. Fill out credit card information in the form.

What is the return processing time?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a full refund, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
