Price Guarantee: Once you have received your Order Confirmation email, the price for your specific order is locked in and will not change.

Sales Tax

The prices displayed on our site do not include sales tax.

Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process based on your delivery address.

Currency

All transactions on www.stevenwick.company are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If you are shopping from outside the United States, your credit card company or payment provider will handle the currency conversion, and any applicable exchange rates or fees are determined by them.

When is my card charged?

For your security and convenience, your credit or debit card is charged only when your order is processed and prepared for shipment. This authorization may appear as a "pending" transaction on your account for 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's policy.

What if my payment is declined?

If there is an issue processing your payment, you will receive an immediate error message at checkout. You will have the opportunity to try a different payment card or method. Common reasons for decline include:

Flexible Payment Plans with Shop Pay

How do I use Shop Pay Installments?

It’s easy to split your purchase into 4 smaller, interest-free payments.

  1. Shop: Add items totaling $50 or more to your cart.

  2. Checkout: Proceed to checkout and select the "Shop Pay" option.

  3. Select: Choose "Pay in 4 installments" and review the payment schedule.

  4. Complete: Submit your order. Your first payment is taken at the time of purchase.

How does the payment schedule work?

First Payment: 25% of your total is due at checkout.

Remaining Payments: The subsequent three payments of 25% each are automatically charged to your chosen card every two weeks.

Zero Interest & Fees: This service is provided interest-free and fee-free*.

*Please note: While Shop Pay charges no interest or fees, non-payment may impact your eligibility for the service and could affect your credit score with the provider. Please make sure your payment method has sufficient funds on the scheduled dates.


Order Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful payment and order placement, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email containing your itemized receipt/invoice.

Need another copy? You can access all your past order invoices by logging into your Steven Wick account.
