RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:
Timeframe: The request must be initiated within 7 business days of you receiving the order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They must be free of any stains, odors, or damage.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging. This is especially critical for:
Shoes: Must be repacked in their original shoe box, which must then be placed inside a protective shipping box. Returns received without this protective outer box will be refused.
Documentation: A completed and signed Return Form must be included with your shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

All Sale & Clearance Items
Accessories (e.g., hats, belts, bags)

Step 1: Prepare Your Package
Ensure your item meets all eligibility conditions above.
Print and complete the Return Form from our website. If you cannot print it, please include a note with your order number, full name, and reason for return.
Step 2: Ship Your Return
Use the pre-paid return label included in your original package. If the label is missing, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will email you one.
Securely pack your return, including the item(s) and the completed form.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
Step 3: We Process Your Return
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete and your return has been processed.
Fees & Refunds
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original Shipping & Handling: The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: A processing fee may be deducted from your refund for returns that do not meet our policy conditions or for authorized returns on eligible items.
Method of Refund:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 2-5 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear in your bank or credit card account.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all re-shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Store Credit
In some cases, or at your request, refunds may be issued as Store Credit.
Store Credit is valid for use on www.stevenwick.company.
Store Credit does not expire.

Q: How long does return processing take?
A: Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your package for us to inspect your return and process your refund or exchange. You will be notified via email once this is complete. The refund may then take an additional 2-5 business days to post to your original payment method.
Q: Can I get a return shipping label?
A: Yes. For your convenience, a return form and pre-paid return label are included in every package. If your label is missing, please contact us within the eligible return period, and we will gladly email you one. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to generate and send the label.
Q: What if my return doesn't meet the policy conditions?
A: We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct fees from the refund amount for any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or is not in its original condition. The item may be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
