How It Works: From Click to Pickup

Shop Online: Add your favorite items to your cart.

Select Pickup: At checkout, choose "Pickup" as your delivery method and select your preferred store location.

Get Notified: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Most orders are prepared within 1 hour during store hours.

Pick It Up: Drive to the store and follow the instructions below for a contactless curbside experience.

Q: Who is authorized to pick up my order?

A: You can designate yourself or an alternate person to pick up your order, perfect for sending a friend or family member.

How to Assign Someone: Enter the alternate person's first and last name (and optional email) in the "Pickup Options" section during checkout.

Making Changes: You can add or change the pickup person at any time before the order is collected. Manage this through the "Order Status" page in your account or via the link in your notification email.

Q: What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

A: Please have the following two items ready for our associates:

A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.).

Your pickup confirmation email (either printed or displayed on your mobile device).

Q: How will I know when my order is ready?

A: You will receive a "Your Order is Ready for Pickup" email notification as soon as your items have been gathered and bagged.

Want a Text? For the fastest updates, you can opt-in to receive text message (SMS) alerts by providing your mobile number in the "Pickup Options" during checkout.

After-Hours Orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time may not be ready until the next business day. Processing times may extend during holidays and peak seasons.

Q: How long will you hold my order?

A: We will hold your ready order for a specific period (e.g., 3-5 days), which will be detailed in your confirmation email.

Reminders: We’ll send a friendly reminder email before your hold period expires.

Need More Time? If you need to extend the pickup window, please contact the store directly. You can find the store's contact information by clicking here.

If Canceled: If an order is not picked up within the hold period, it will be canceled and restocked, and your account will be credited for the full purchase amount.

Q: Where exactly do I go for curbside pickup?

A: We offer convenient, contactless curbside service. Please do not enter the store.

Drive: Look for the designated Curbside Pickup parking spots near the store entrance.

Call: Once parked, call the customer service desk at #443-831-1425. Please have your order number ready.

Wait: An associate will verify your order and bring it directly to your car. Please pop your trunk or open a window for contactless handoff.

Please Note:

Fitting Rooms: For health and safety reasons, fitting rooms are not available at pickup. All returns must be processed through our standard online return procedure.

Returns: Items picked up in-store are subject to our standard Return Policy. Please ship returns to our warehouse as outlined in the policy.
