Payment Issues: Orders with inaccurate or incomplete payment information may be delayed by an additional 2 business days while we resolve the issue with you.

High Demand & Inventory: During major sales or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Restocking and shipping may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

A: Please follow these steps:

Check your Shipping Confirmation email for the tracking number.

Use the tracking link to check the status on the carrier’s website. The status "Delivered" means the carrier has confirmed drop-off.

If the status is "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, first check with your household members, neighbors, or building management. Also, look around your property for any potential safe drop-off spots.

If the package is still missing, please contact us with your order number and tracking details for further assistance.

Q: My package arrived, but an item is missing. What do I do?

A: Please first check your original order confirmation to verify all items were included in the same shipment. Sometimes, items ship separately if they come from different warehouses.

If your tracking information shows multiple packages, please ensure all have been delivered.

If you confirm a item is missing from the package you received, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the missing item. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Q: How are my shipping charges calculated?

A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address, the total weight of your items, and the shipping method you select. You can see the exact cost before you finalize your payment on the checkout page.

Q: Do you offer package protection or signature confirmation?

Returns

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of receiving your order.

  2. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.

  3. Item(s) must be accompanied with a return form, filled and signed.

  4. Non-returnable items include: (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits and gifts.

  5. Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(s) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without the same shielding cardboard box issued earlier, we will not be able to accept the return. 

  6. Customers are responsible for shipping, processing and restocking fees for all returns.

  7. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges. Fill out credit card information in the form.

  8. Shipping and handling fees for returns are not refundable.

  9. Store Credit is valid only at www.StevenWick.company.

  10. We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear and stain.

What is the return processing time?
